CAA Micro Carbine Kit Specifications (MCK)
In letting the front sight to go beneath far enough to correctly co-witness those irons with SIG Romeo 5 red dot, you can Dremel approximately an 8th of an inch off of it. Overall, it is recommended to get the accessory kit if you acquire the MCK. The thumb stops are a lovely touch. The flashlight is said to have a 500 lumen output. There is really no way. To be kind, it is estimated that it is closer to a hundred Lumens. That is, however, sufficient for its intended purpose. Without the need of tools, it fits perfectly into the proper slot in the MCK chassis.
With a "click" on-off switch, you can select which side to activate by rotating it 180 degrees. There isn't any kind of temporary function (sad face).
You can fit the accessory kit and the SIG SAUER Romeo 5 red dot with a G17 (Gen3 for those counting...But the Gen2 would not fit on the first of 2 rigs. The GLOCK 19 (Gen2 will perfectly fit another Romeo 5 with Magpul pop-ups, and no accessory package were included in the second kit.
While the accessory package is not being rated as a whole, the CAA pop-up irons would be remarked to lack the dead-nut stiffness of Magpul's. They were not bad, but they were not Magpuls, either.
One thing to note: the MCK did not auto-zero. The point of impact changed when you will withdraw the pistol from the MCK and reinserted it, either the same gun or a new one.
A review
Also at the same time, this technology will allow you to simply reduce the size of the 25 yard group by half or even more, if you wish and this is also considered as dramatic.
